Refund policy

14 day return policy

Items bought on www.koebenhavnskunsthandel.dk are fully returnable and refundable within 14 days. The products must be returned  in the same condition as they were upon purchase and in the original packaging. If not, you will receive a refund equal to the state of the item. 

Please note: You are responsible for the goods until we receive them and that you have to cover the return costs. If an item is broken or lost during shipment you can be held responsible. In that case it is your own responsibility to document the return.

If you want to return your item, you can send it to or drop it off at: Københavns Kunsthandel, Sønder Boulevard 81, 1720 Copenhagen, Denmark.

Refund

When we receive your parcel and the items are approved we will return the order amount to the account or gift card used for the purchase. This is done within 7 days after receiving the item.
