When you shop at københavnskunsthandel.dk, all agreements are concluded in Danish.

Most goods are traded in accordance with applicable second-hand VAT rules.

When you have completed an order, you will shortly receive an order confirmation. You can never be invoiced for more than you have approved in connection with the order. In the event that an item has been discontinued, you will only be charged for the final invoice amount.

Card fees in connection with the transaction are paid by Københavns Kunsthandel. The money is withdrawn when the item is sent from stock.

All Danish orders are delivered within 1-5 days by parcel post.

When shopping at københavnskunsthandel.dk, you as a customer have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Act. Your 14-day right of withdrawal means that you, as a customer, can receive the item, unpack it and see if it is as expected. If you regret your purchase, you return the item to us. The condition for using the right of withdrawal is that Copenhagen Art Trade receives the item(s) in question back in the same condition and quantity as it was on delivery. Regret can also be done by refusing to receive the package or by handing the item over personally to us at Gammel Kongevej.

If the item is defective or otherwise suffers from a fault, you have the option to advertise in accordance with Danish law. The Purchase Act provides a right of complaint for 24 months. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour.

You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the lack of the item. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for sending so that we can refund your shipping costs.

We reserve the right for typing errors, price changes and out-of-stock items.
